"Aligote" from the winery Biologist from the Kyiv region is a white dry unfiltered light straw-colored wine made from the Aligote grape variety. Aged for 6 months in an oak barrel, the wine acquired an aroma with hints of currants, notes of grapefruit and passion fruit. Fullness, fruity acidity and elegance are harmoniously combined in the taste. It has a long-lasting and refreshing aftertaste. It will complement seafood dishes, fish dishes, various types of cheeses, salads, Asian dishes. The recommended serving temperature is 10-12°C.
