Delivery and payment
When ordering on the website, you can use the following delivery methods:
Delivery by carriers "Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta", "Justin" or other carriers by agreement in Ukraine from 1 to 3 days at the rates of the carrier to the nearest branch or with the service of delivery "to the door". If the order is placed before 12:00, the order is shipped the same day.
If the cost of the order is more than 2 500 gryvnias, the shipping to the post service office is free!
About returns:
- Food products of proper quality are not subject to return.
- Only food products of poor quality within their expiration date are subject to return.
- In order to make a return, you need a document that will confirm the purchase and indicate where the purchase was made, usually this is a fiscal receipt.
